8 month ++ - Dec 2008

Ray can now do the leopard crawl and he can crawl a fair distance w/o resting. He has also started to feed well on his porridge and mee suan. We tried to get him to try as much food as possible, including DURIAN!! And he loves it!!

He is really good in his walker now and he likes to speed around the house yelling and screaming!! Our house is just not the same anymore....it is more noisy but it has also more warmth as we have Ray's laughter and cries everyday.

Year 2008 has been really fruitful - we received Ray in April and he is such a joy. Like everyone says, there are always ups and downs to all lives. Ray is no exceptional. We had the wheezing incident in Oct but he rode through it. The intensity of worries was tiring but we were glad that Ray even though were down on his health were still feeding well and as usual his cheery self.

From a newborn to someone who can laugh when we made funnie faces at him, pout his lips when u said NO to him. Follow you around in his walker like a puppy and not forgetting chasing after the vaccum cleaner. He smiles at strangers and make sure that everyone in the lift acknowledges him.

Any regret? YES!! The only regret is why i didnt enter motherhood earlier on!

Touristy Us!!

The 2nd day of Lily's visit, we brought her to the Bird Park as well and here's Ray posing with the flamingos.

And here we are at the famous Merlion....the part fish tail part lion head that tells the mystical story of Singapore.

It is very fun, rediscovering Singapore again with Lily and Ray. And we realised there are alot of stuff that we actually didnt quite know afterall. I guess we are never too old or too smart to learn new things everyday....

We going to the ZOO ZOO ZOO

"Daddy taking us to the zoo tomorrow" Yippee!! It is our first family outing to the zoo as we have a visitor in town and we took this opportunity to get out and have some fun under the sun.

And here is our visitor -Aunty Lily who came all the way from Korea to visit US!! and mostly to see Ray. We knew aunty Lily since our Abu Dhabi days and it has been almost two years since our last meet up in Japan and it was really nice to see her again.

Sadly....Ray's energy were deflated as he only managed to see 10mins of our famous zoo and soon he was in dreamland....dreaming of elephants, lions....zebras too!!
